Haus of Devereaux Social Media Contest – Official Rules & Entry Agreement

By scanning the QR code and submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Official Contest Rules.
1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by Haus of Devereaux ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, contractors, performers, agents, and immediate family members of Haus of Devereaux may be excluded from participation at the Sponsor's discretion.

• Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period
The contest begins and ends on the dates advertised at the event, convention, or promotional location. Entries received outside the contest period may not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry:

1. Scan the official contest QR code.

2. Follow Haus of Devereaux on the designated social media platform(s).

3. Take a photo, selfie, or other approved image at the Haus of Devereaux booth, display, or activation.

4. Post the image to your social media account and tag Haus of Devereaux as instructed.

Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor.
5. Prize

• One winner will receive a Haus of Devereaux Gift Card valued up to CAD $100.

• Actual prize value may vary and is determined solely by the Sponsor.

• Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value unless required by law, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's discretion.

6. Winner Selection

• Winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

• The draw will take place on or about the date advertised by the Sponsor.

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

• The selected entrant will be contacted through the social media account used to enter or by another contact method provided by the entrant.

• If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Permission to Use Content
By entering, you grant Haus of Devereaux a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Repost, share, display, publish, and promote your submitted photos, videos, captions, usernames, and related content.

• Use such content for marketing, advertising, social media, website, promotional, and event purposes without additional compensation.

You confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use any content submitted.

• Your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Haus of Devereaux to use the winner's name, likeness, image, social media handle, city/province of residence, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Haus of Devereaux, its owners, performers, sponsors, volunteers, affiliates, venues, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from:

• Participation in the contest;

• Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize;

• Technical failures, lost entries, or social media platform issues.

11. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform used in connection with the contest.
12. Right to Modify or Cancel
Haus of Devereaux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used solely for contest administration, winner notification, and related promotional purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
